There comes a time in everyones life when they want to connect to their soul. There’s a thousand roads to this destination. Mine is experiential. I’ve never learnt anything worthwhile about my soul from a book. Although I’ve read many. I’ve learn about my soul not by doing it tough studying, or working or having multiple orgasms. I’ve learnt about my soul by standing with the Sherpa People of Nepal in front of Mt Everest, Sagamata, and being humbled. This is what I share with you in coaching, complete humility to your heart and soul.
There are great masters such as Emerson, Plato and many Asian Masters (Lao Tzu) who are convinced that if mankind lived life according to the principles of nature, then we would be at peace with ourselves and with each other. It’s a philosophy not uncommon in the ways of the East but has yet to be fully grasped by the west. I am hoping this modern way of presenting this ancient theme will resonate with you, irrespective of your cultural or religious background. View all posts by Chris Walker
