I believe that people get off track, lose their sense of purpose, feel unfulfilled or depressed because their life is somehow disconnected from nature, out of balance.
Back in 1920 CJ Coffmann wrote about the phases of life change which was heralded as a breakthrough in understanding human behaviour at the time and has since become the foundation of in clinical psychology. I’ve taken this thinking and reinterpreted it for the modern day and based on my 30-years of guiding people and businesses. I’ve evolved these elements and connected them back to nature, human nature.

I will guide you through a self analysis of your body constitution and show you how to determine other’s constitutions. We, you and I, will create an eating and exercising plan based on your specific goals. This is an opportunity to detox, get fitter, look and feel sharper in just 30 days.
STEP 3. A NATURAL WAY TO RECONNECT, RE-ENGAGE, RE-INSPIRE YOURSELF WITH NATURE AS YOUR GUIDE
- Thousands of years of wisdom, distilled in 35 years of trial and error is now presented to you. An opportunity to dress different, think different, feel different and create different results. I will guide you through a series of experiences based in nature to determine a healthy balance between the strength of the past and the ambitions you have for the future. - I want to create for you a clear pathway between what you feel, what you want and what you do. When we feel off track, it’s really because this pathway is broken. I will help you to determine your real values because they are your intrinsic motivators, then we will find focus, clarity and priorities in time and energy. Less effort more results. We will measure the results of getting more done in less time and, we’ll recognise it because you’ll come home with more energy than you went to work with in the mornings.
STEP 5. A NATURAL WAY TO ACHIEVE AND GROW A NEW, BIG WHY IN LIFE AND WORK.
- When the why is big enough the how’s take care of themselves. A new day means a new vision, new ideas, dreams, ambitions hopes. But a great day also means enjoyment right here and now. I will guide you through a vision quest, out in nature, just you and I and you’ll create your vision, inspiration and purpose statement. You will therefore learn the process and be able to repeat it on your own anytime you choose. This step is the new driving force, the fully recovered engagement.

- Learning to live life in the fast lane again after a transition through a painful or stress fun period is a key to a good life. I have learnt this by travelling to the Highest Himalayas to learn from the wise sages and I would like to share this wisdom with you privately. This information is only ever passed verbally and I have been blessed to receive it and now share it.

Back on Track™ is both a preventative and a maintenance program. It can be in the form of a 2-day workshop for corporate teams or private coaching or an intensive 30-day programme.
