Walker Spirit

Thirty years ago the bottom fell out of my world.

I lost my spirit.

How did I know? Well for a start I felt tired, lethargic and unmotivated.

Secondly – I couldn’t write s dream board.

My dream board, up until that time included 3 children, mine, but from that day, they were not going to be on it. I needed to reinvent my life. Three years later and much too much pain, I did it. I created a new dream board. I got my spirit back and have never lost it since:

Here’s what I learnt:

  1. Enjoy life… no one can stop you if you commit to enjoying even the hard times. Be really happy with what you’ve got.
  2. Have a dream board with all 7 areas of life on it but make sure you do not name names, places, times or fixate on how.
  3. Love love / my error early in life was to love someone and try to live strong from there. It’s wiser to love love and then include as many people as you can in that love.
  4. Defend your dream. People will try to steal them. Instead of meditating for peace – outgrow war.

I bring spirit to lives. Teach open hearted living. All thanks to that experience 30 years ago that could have been sorted in 10 minutes but took me three years.
