By now in this exploration of the third layer of mind you will know the following:

1. All human eyes are turned to the future. The person with the greatest certainty about the future leads. There are three layers of mind that can be used to predict or estimate the future. The first two, usually belonging to the loudest voices do no have any certainty but will use force and intimidation to try to mould people and resources to create the future they want. This is not future seeing.
2. The first layer is where most people dwell in anxiety and stress reacting to the circumstances around them and unable to maintain a constancy of purpose – hence, they are the 99% of mass consciousness that live in reaction to and fear of the future.
3. The second layer is where we have memory and learning that has either been given by experience or educated and can be a most unreliable predictor of the future even though with the lack of any alternative will be the only resource a human being can trust.
4. The third layer is an ocean of thought that is not, like the first two layers, the property of the individual but more like a library of information about the past, present and future that can be tapped to go past predicting the future and engage in causing it.. this is alignment.

Skill One: We covered this in the last blog – the ability to be without distraction as it can take hours if not days without distraction to enter the third mind.

To be alone, to allow the mind to pass from its work-day layers down into the universal sea, is the first secret.

Skill Two: To know other minds… Someday in the future, the third layer will become more common as a faculty than it is today. Facts show that it is steadily making progress. What will happen when everyone has the faculty to know other minds? Mind will know mind. Crime cannot exist. An era of honesty will be necessary. It is said that a supreme being knows our innermost thoughts, our sincerity and evil designs and that nothing can be hidden. This is merely a natural consequence. The universal sea proceeds from out the creative mind: and, while man knows very little of its contents, all is seen at a glance by an eye that scans the whole universe. No thought can be hidden. When the time comes that humanity has the powerf to behold all other minds, the result will be a remaking of the conditions of government and existence on earth.

This power prevails in a very limited degree today, but is slowly increasing, (see the internet, wifi, mobile phones emulating the condition of the future) and it is evidenly the goal of earthly life.

I have done much experimentation in the development of this ability to know another mind and therefore read what is in a human heart. I can feel the presence of people far away and understand their state. The power of this faculty, (it is a faculty not a gift) can be made stronger with practice, and this leads us to have a great hope for the future of our world.
